Yes! All orders come in our elegant Maison Klara signature packaging, ready to gift.
If your order is a gift, simply reply to the confirmation email after checkout and let us know. We’ll wrap your item in a special gift-ready package with extra care.

📦 4. What are your processing and shipping times?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping times depend on the delivery method you select:

  • Within Canada:
    Express Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days
    Standard Shipping may take 3 to 5 business days

  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its journey.

📍 5. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Repentigny, Quebec.
In some cases, Maison Klara may agree to meet with the customer in Montreal or surrounding areas for a public pickup.
Once your order is confirmed, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your pickup time.
There’s no deadline — you can pick up your order whenever it’s convenient for you.
